Need 10+ years of experience as a Agile Product Manager
Incorporate and drive the building of tools to support the Product Framework
Integrate and determine best practices and clarity around Agile and other technology development methods
Gather best practices from Product Managers and integrate into framework and BAU processes
Engage and manage Learning and Development content
Create and execute a training plan for the firm
Create and champion business cases for enabling capabilities within the organization
Maintain the career framework for the Product Management capability
Collaborate and communicate within the firm and champion best practices, methods or internal enablers
Manage external vendor relationships
Stand up and manage Comile munities of Practice (CoP)
Establish KPIs to measure Product Management capability and maturity
Experience with Product Management tools and methodologies
Proven experience managing technology products through various stages of the product lifecycle (cradle to grave)
Experience with developing technology products in Agile and various Agile methodologies
Track record of launching products and using various enablers (market research, competitive analysis, UX/UI, ethnographic studies, user groups)
Creation of financial business cases, with experience arriving at revenue commitments, costs and pricing products
Practitioner of Product Management practices, including annual planning, road-mapping, portfolio and product analytics/dashboards
Experience standing up a product management capability (development, annual planning, etc; leadership role in coaching junior product managers
Ability to take an idea from infancy through implementation, with ability to articulate the big picture through development of tactical plans that deliver upon the vision
Experience of managing IT programs with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost for large, complex programs/projects
Management skills to manage one or more large, complex programs/projects simultaneously
Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises
Extensive experience of delivery that includes the use of supplier and off-shore resources
Superior experience in managing to contract; ensuring suppliers perform in accordance with original agreement
IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in all program/project phases
Strong team building and working skills across matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
Strong communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
