Job Description :
Job Responsibilities 

·         Architect and design real time integration APIs on Salesforce.  

·         Work with application team for integration design 

·         Oversee solutions design and delivery, including integration with existing architecture 
Collaborate with external teams on integration 

·         Salesforce technical lead with extensive experience with large project team involved in implementing Salesforce Projects. 

·         The architect is expected to have experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visual force, Apex, Lightning and Integration with other systems 

·         The architect will be responsible for the detailed design of technical solutions, and will document the technical design and manage developers throughout the development, testing and support phases. 

·         Identify opportunities for sales automation 

·         Responsible for translating the business requirements to a high-performance technical solution 
Provide technical governance to the development team to ensure following best practices and coding standards? 

·         Evaluate existing sales processes and determine potential Salesforce-enabled enhancements 
Experience in migrating from one service platform to the other Ex: Siebel call center to Salesforce service cloud.  

·         Techno functional skill set well versed with requirements gathering, functional analysis, fit gap analysis and development 

·         Able to work well in a cross functional environment, effective communication with business users in understanding requirements and providing solutions  

·         Provide overall salesforce architecture guidance to align with enterprise Architecture 

·         Exposure to Continuous Integration / CD using Salesforce DX 


Job Skills & Qualifications 

·         9+ years of experience in SalesForce.com project implementation, good track record in enterprise level project and regional rollout 

·         Design and implementation experience with SFDC 

·         Should be able to clearly articulate Business functionality how it can be mapped to SFDC out of the box and potential places for customization 

·         Full life cycle implementation and support, well versed in all modules in SalesForce.com, hands on technical knowledge and architecture solution for integrated systems / designing solutions required 

·         Evaluate and suggest app exchange products vs. customization  

·         Experience with Lightning project OR Lightning migration project is mandatory 

·         Strong functional knowledge on Sales cloud, Service cloud, Community Cloud and Marketing cloud features. 

·         Skilled with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Process Builder, Workflow, Visual Flows and related tools Workbench, data loader etc., with thorough knowledge of Salesforce best practises using Apex and VisualForce. 

·         Experience with Sales or Service Cloud 

·         Experience with Partner Community or Customer Community 

·         Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) 

·         Skilled on web services: JSON, XML.
