What is the specific title of the position Technology Support Analyst

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment The position will provide support and maintenance to the PCS production system, including servers and workstations, as well as assisting with troubleshooting line issues and working with third-party vendors.

IDEAL BACKGROUND: Experience in supporting a production line would be a plus.

* What experience will set candidates apart from one another Experience with triaging issues with servers and workstations. Able to apply patches and install software. Self-motivated and pro-active. The more experience, the better.

? 2+ years experience with Windows systems, including Wintel and Windows Server
? 2+ years experience with PC troubleshooting
? Network knowledge

What skills/attributes are a must have

? High School Diploma or GED
? 2+ years experience of systems administration experience
? 2+ years experience with Windows systems, including Wintel and Windows Server
? 2+ years experience with PC troubleshooting
