Minimum Qualifications
Seven years developing in ASP .NET with C#
Three years developing ASP .NET MVC applications
Three years using HTML5
Three years using CSS3
Three years writing T-SQL for MS SQL Server
Desired Skills
Experience writing unit tests with the use of mocking libraries
Experience developing Windows Services using .NET 4.0 or above
Experience using XML schemas
Experience using XSLT
Experience using SOAP web services
Experience using Web API
Experience using Entity Framework
Experience using JavaScript
Expert front-end JavaScript libraries, Bootstrap 3 and jQuery ect
Experience working with LESS authoring CSS
Develops front-end JavaScript such as Vue React or Angular
Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concepts
Experience with National Information Exchange compliant schemas
Development experience within Agile
Experience with law enforcement or criminal justice
