PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? THIS IS NOT A TELECOMMUTING POSITION. This is an IN OFFICE position with flexibility as needed
? Instructional design and or technical writing skills
? Background in classroom or virtual training or presenting
? Manages multiple iterative projects and meet continuous deadlines
? Work is SELF-DIRECTED and not prescribed
? Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
? Must be a VERY COLLABORATIVE team player; this is not just you working as an island, we do a great deal of joint project work
? Willing to learn new skills on the fly
? Develops innovative approaches
? Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
? Comfortable GIVING and RECEIVING daily work feedback
? Works independently to seek out SMEs who have limited availability
? Fosters SME relationships through preparation and clear, concise communication
? Obtains stakeholder and SME approval/sign-off of training materials (following review cycles), and make needed revisions based on stakeholder feedback
? Determines project goals/milestones based on identified business needs/timelines, and obtain appropriate approvals (e.g., go/no-go decisions, checkpoints, project management and scope creep)
? Understands and/or has experience in Agile Methodology
? Must be well-organized and possess a high degree of attention to detail

Required:
4+ years of experience developing software/systems training
4+ years of experience in instructional design and development processes such as ADDIE; preference given to those with end-to-end design experience
Project management and project tracking
StoryLine 2 experience
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time within the US
