Its only a telecommuter if they are in MN.

Job Components

Document agreed upon organizational readiness tasks and objectives for each applicable Competency Center, and ensure that sign-off on requirements is obtained
Identify duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet Org Readiness objectives
Manage the project plan activities required to support the additional Competency Centers that are in the Org Readiness scope
Meet with Competency Centers on a weekly basis to obtain status, understand risks/issues and document in Org Readiness dashboard
Manage BFF Organizational Readiness status and hold Competency Centers accountable for delivery of requirements to ensure organizational readiness
Provide status updates to various levels of leadership in BFF organization
Document risk mitigation plans for issues that impact the Org Readiness deliverables
Manage IRAAD process for Org Readiness and ensure timely resolution
Provide first level support for Competency Center issue escalation to mitigate impacts to organization’s readiness for upcoming changes
Coordinate and share resolution of issues impacting readiness within the Competency Centers
Confirm Competency Centers have identified and communicated dependencies within other areas that impact ability to be ready for releases and other organizational changes
Ensure that all Org Readiness project deliverables are identified with documented success criteria
Partner with resource managers to drive the identification of skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution (e.g., resource demand planning)
Provide support, guidance, and make recommendations to Competency Centers so that they can deliver project tasks and timeline requirements, escalating for assistance where gaps exist
Make Org Readiness specific recommendations to remediate roadblocks impacting overall plan and execution
Facilitate meetings in a matrixed environment and drive open issues to resolution
Continuously monitor for process improvement within the functional areas
Facilitate lessons learned discussion(s) from each release and share key findings with organizational leadership and key stakeholders


Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience
5+ years of project management experience, healthcare preferred
5+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
2+ years of working within the Agile methodology framework
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience presenting to executive leadership with the ability to influence and drive alignment
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely regardless of audience
Active and engaged listener with the ability to explain concepts, opinions, and options upstream and downstream
Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Leads and influences organization through change

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Project Management Office (PMO)
PMP Certified
