Minimum Bachelors degree Minimum 7 years experience in JavaJ2EE Tech stack Strong experience in Core Java, Spring, Hibenate Expert level knowledge in GWT and other Web 2.0 technologies
Good knowledge in Design skills.
Very Strong in terms of refactoring, best coding practices and code optimization.
Experience in Web services and service oriented environment Good Oracle DB skills.
Working knowledge of Maven build, Cruise Control and version control systems like Subversion.
Experience in Web Sphere Ability to operate in a fast paced environment assimilating large amounts of information quickly.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desire to take ownership and run the show end to end Comfortable working with remote teams.
