Sr. IT Recruiter

Responsible for proactively sourcing and recruiting candidates for Client positions. Actively involved in networking, sourcing, and other activities to generate prospective job candidates. The recruiter utilizes alternative sourcing techniques. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner. The incumbent is responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the Client Core Values. Functions as a liaison between business line and human resources to capitalize on company-wide recruitment initiatives, events, opportunities, and practices. Keeps informed of developments in the local labor market and the particular businesses supported.

* Previous experience with technology recruiting
* Prior knowledge in the area of sourcing, selection, and employment processes required
* Microsoft Office skills required
* Strong communication and networking skills
* Detail oriented
