Job Description :
2 ETL Developer Positions Open (Must be on our W2)

I have a client in Chicago who is actively interviewing this week for an ETL
Developer, Candidates must have Talend experience, and they prefer MongoDB
and Java. Candidates must be local to Chicago.

Must be US Citizen or GC Holder.

I have another need for an ETL Lead, will do Skype to hire, position located
in Rolling Meadows. MUST have team lead experience in at least 2 projects
and be SQL/SSIS EXPERTS. Here are the requirements below:
* Serve as a Subject Matter Experts. The integration work covers three
different areas and we are splitting the work up into sub teams. One of the
areas is a bit bigger, so we will have two leads share the responsibility
there. As leads, about 40% of their time will be focused on translating
functional designs into technical designs which align with the standards set
by the client and our Sr. Architect on the project. Each lead will have a
number (25 to 40 of integrations (SSIS packages) which they will be
responsible for.

* Act as team leads. Each lead will have 2 or 3 ETL developers
assigned to them. They will be responsible for mentoring, conducting code
reviews and facilitating their team''s development activities. They will also
have to validate the developers have implemented the SSIS package according
to spec. This work should take about 30% of their time.
* Perform advanced development activities. The Leads will be expected
to step in and write complex codes (T-SQL queries as well as SSIS
development) as needed. This would is expect to be about 30% of their time.
The 40/30/30 breakdown may shift based on team capabilities and other
factors, but it''s the baseline we are assuming. We are expecting the
candidates to have advanced SQL and SSIS knowledge as well as experience
leading development teams.

While this initial phase is limited to 4-5 months, there will be follow-on
work. This project consists of the initial development of the SSIS packages.
In depth testing and integration with the broader systems will follow on in
late spring and through the summer. We fully expect to utilize much if not
all of the team for these activities, but this work is not defined and we
cannot make commitments. However, I would expect that any of the leads that
succeed in their role will wind up proving their value to both RT and the
client and we would do everything we can to extend them. The work will be
there we just haven''t done the planning for it with the client.
