Position: Cisco Contact center reporting expert

Location: Bethpage, NY

Duration: Long Term C2c



This unique opportunity allows the individual to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that provides analytics and reporting to many lines of business




The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:


Strong working knowledge of CUIC, Finesse, MS SQL Server, Reporting Services
Strong working knowledge of Data Visualization tools
Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Access
Knowledge of Cisco Contact center UCCE
Ability to set priorities and re-prioritize, with a high tolerance for the pressure of constant change and stringent timelines
Practical problem solving abilities, organizational skills and attention to details
Proactively identifying opportunities and the ability to implement solutions by addressing their root cause are a must
Self-motivated and can work independently
Strong Tact, diplomacy and professionalism demonstrated in all interactions
Communicates in a professional manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport
Continuous development of skills by enhancing understanding, acquiring and applying new technical skills to your daily work
Ability to have direct customer interaction and able to understand and articulate information
Bachelor s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
8 to 15 Years of related experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
Exceptional active listening skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
