IT Support team member responsible for end user requests, provisioning and support.

Responds to requests via ticket system within SLA
Receives inbound calls, messages, and incident ticket for mobile device and technical support
Processes new hire provisioning
Processes off boarding requests
Manages devices upgrades
Responsible for account audits
Facilitates device upgrades
Process used equipment for recycling or reuse
Manage new and used inventory
Partner with other support teams to provide a world class customer experience
Create and maintain knowledge articles and customer training guides
Work projects and special requests
Manage customer escalations
Self starter, positive attitude, team player

Required Experience:
4+ years technical support
Mobile Device Management
Ticket System/ITSM
Remote User support
