Technical Delivery Manager responsible for delivery of multiple application releases, supporting the UHC Digital Experience program.
PROJECT: The UHC Digital Experience Platform Program is a major Client initiative consisting of approximately 30 projects spanning all lines of business (Employer & Individual, Medicare & Retirement, and Community & Client), along with Mobile work extending across all. The majority of information technology work involves the identification of needed data and their sources of truth, the extraction of that data and transmittal to Rally Health for the purposes of display to our membership. There are feature & function deliverables on a weekly basis which emanate from the approximately 30 projects, requiring coordination of the activities of release managers associated with each impacted application.
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
1. Prior experience at Client, managing releases for large enterprise-wide initiatives, integrating projects with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
2. Experience facilitating go / no go meetings spanning multiple applications and attended by senior-level staff
3. Knowledge of, and experience with, tools such as CA Agile, Aha!, and the full Microsoft Office suite of products
* What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Having an individual who has had some recent experience in managing large enterprise-wide releases at Client would be a major differentiating characteristic, as would any previous work with Rally Health (our Client subsidiary that creates and deploys the user design and interfaces

The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is responsible for coordinating overall program technical releases, to include participation from application release managers in Client and vendors. The TDM understands the technical nature of our releases, the business value contained therein, and communicates effectively with technology leaders, business leaders, customers and other stakeholders.
The candidate MUST be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
Responsibilities include:

- Release execution and coordination across MULTIPLE application teams
- Continuous Improvement of release processes
- Pre-release communication and coordination of dependencies
Candidate must have 3+ years of IT Project Management or Release Management experience.
