* Looking for an intermediate level resource. Looking for this person to start on 1/7/19.

PROJECT: This position is responsible for the quality delivery for Government initiatives. This position will also be assisting efforts to drive and implement best practices according to IEEE standards and industry best practices. In addition, Automated testing with UFT tool and experience with IV&V is a huge plus. The person will be working with internal & external stake holders for strategy, planning & execution of critical releases. Extreme importance is put on soft skills with extremely clear verbal and written communication.

- Healthcare
- Automation (UFT and Selenium)

- Experience in Requirement Analysis, Traceability, impact analysis and reporting
- Experience in Defect Management - reporting, triage, RCA activities
- Hands-on experience in planning, developing, executing and validating test efforts for complex projects

Primary Responsibilities:
? Manages decisions that impacts employees or customers (internal or external) to product, service or process
? Ensure quality and best practices
? Identify and mitigate risks/issues related to Quality across the SDLC
? Has hands on working experience with Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies
? Ensure compliance with applicable software standards and best practices
? Provides accurate & timely reports to stake holders
? Analyzes and profiles data to meet project needs
? Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Required Qualifications:
? Overall experience of 5+ years in IT experience
? Experience in Automated testing using UFT tool
? Experience with testing and defect tracking tools like Selenium and ALM
? New Test Cases scripting and development using UFT tool
? Exposure to EDI enrollment transactions is preferable.
? Exposure in healthcare is preferable.
? Experience in Requirement Analysis, Traceability, impact analysis and reporting
? Experience in Defect Management - reporting, triage, RCA activities
? Hands-on experience in planning, developing, executing and validating test efforts for complex projects
? Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience
? Exemplary customer service skills
? Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills
? Candidates should be local in Vermont with ability to work in Winooski office.
