Our well-known client has an immediate need for a UI developer for a 12+ month contract in downtown Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for building highly scalable and highly available (or "Web-scale") RESTful apps used for search and retrieval of content from large datasets for one of the world''s most visited websites! You will also mentor a sharp and motivated team of developers to help raise the bar for a team who is already excellent, and lend guidance towards software development best practices, such as fully automated testing, CI/CD pipeline, monitoring, and DevOps.
Required Experience
6+ years of Web Development experience
2-4 years of experience with advanced UI frameworks like React
2-4 years of experience with NodeJS
2-4 years of experience with MongoDB or other non-relational databases
HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript (including popular frameworks), NoSQL.
RESTful architectures
Agile/DevOps
