We are working with a client who is looking for "SAP PMO" at " North Bergen, NJ" Here are details about the job:
Job Summary
1. Two or more years’ experience managing large projects preferably implementing Business Transformation automation projects.
2. Plans, tracks, and reports on project activities, including an assessment of critical path activities and status.
3. Obtains project plan status updates from different work streams on a weekly basis.
4. Facilitates PMO meetings per standing agenda items.
5. Assists work streams in managing project risks and issues.
6. Assembles weekly status reports from different work-streams and summarizes these to draft a weekly Executive Scorecard.
7. Prepares for monthly project “All Hands” meeting.
8. Captures and publishes meeting minutes and action items.
9. Sets quality control standards and tracks implementation.
10. Coordinates project teams and their interdependencies.
11. Strong facilitation skills
12. High level attention to detail.
13. Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Ability to work positively with a wide range of project team members and managers.
15. Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
16. Must function well in a team environment.
17. Must be able to function productively within an ambiguous work environment
