Job Title: Technical SME with BMS Exp

Job Location: White Plains, NY

Job Description:


Experience in facility management using BMS
Good Understanding on different building assets and their functioning like HVAC, lighting, pumps etc
Ability to understand real time data on utilities to act proactively
Good understanding on various BAS/BMS systems from legacy installation to modern one
Good understanding on building infrastructure, connectivity and troubleshooting
Experience in handling multiple building data format like BACnet, Modbus etc.
Ability to define problem statement, requirement definition to resolve the issue and clear approach on how we can handle them
Excellent communication skill
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and bridge gaps on communication/understanding.
