Scope of Services/Description of work to be performed:


Configure and implement SharePoint on-premise/online/hybrid and Office 365 services/features/solutions.
Support, maintain and administer SharePoint on-premise/online, Office 365 and Project Server environments.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and capabilities to maximize the value of the platform.
Automate and improve processes to increase efficiencies and service delivery.
Participate in on-call rotation schedule.




Specific skills/experience required:


Extensive knowledge and experience architecting, configuring, implementing and maintaining SharePoint 2013/2016 on-premise, Hybrid and SharePoint Online environments.
Broad and deep knowledge of Microsoft O365 / Cloud Technology platform (SharePoint, One Drive, Delve, MS Flow, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure, Active Directory
Experience with Project Server, Office Online Server and SQL-Server Database Administration.
Experience writing complex PowerShell scripts for maintenance, management, and automation.
Experience with SharePoint Framework, SharePoint Add-ins and Office 365 Development practices.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with agile principles and frameworks.




Project deliverables:


Regular status reports.
Identification and estimation of work effort.
Prepare and deliver presentation as assigned.
Create proposals, recommendations, knowledge articles, support documentation, solution designs and other technical documentation.


Conduct knowledge sharing and mentoring sessions.
