The resources with the Software Developer assignment must have the following skills:




API Development



Grund-up development in .Net Web Development with ASP.NET Web API 2.1+ is necessary.
We may use ASP.NET MVC 5.2+ at times, but will typically use APIs.
Cde first Entity Framework proficiency is necessary.





UI Development



Grund-up development proficiency in Angular 5+ is necessary.
Knwledge of previous versions of Angular is helpful for current system upgrades.





Unit Testing



Strng Unit Testing skills.
Test Driven Develpment (TDD) is where we would like to move, so proficiency with TDD would be good as we implement this DevOps pattern.
Being able t work with our Test Automation Team will be mandatory.





People Skills



Strng people skills are absolutely mandatory in our corporate culture.
Strng communication skills are a must to optimize development team interactions.


Strong collaboration skills are mandatory in our culture. Our organization is based on Teamwork and those few that could not work within a team environment in the past have had very short stays.
