We are working with a client who is looking for "Telecom Process Lead" at "Broomfield, CO." Here are details about the job:


Job Summary



Work with our strategic clients and prospects on their process improvement and automation journeys, all the way from inception through implementation / rollout, and ongoing management 
Lead operations analysis and improvement consulting engagements at our clients, working closely with their operations leadership teams, internal process excellence teams, etc.
Bring to bear six-sigma, lean, design thinking, problem solving, workshop facilitation tools and techniques to ensure alignment and focus, and identify specific opportunities for improvement
Produce actionable plans that address the root-cause reasons for process inefficiency / ineffectiveness to drive quick, ongoing, and measurable results
Provide thought leadership and consult with senior client stake-holders to influence them, get their buy-in and sponsorship to drive change / improvements in process, technology, and people 


Requirements:


Must-Have – 10+ years of experience in operations consulting, for the telecom operator / service provider industry (focus in Order to activation)
Experience leading high profile initiatives, i.e. process improvement, business transformation
Client facing experience working directly with senior executives (COO/ BU Head / VP operations / VP contact centers / VP back-office / VP field-force / VP order management / VP provisioning / CIO/CNO/CTO) on strategic initiatives
Engaging personality and high self-confidence and energy
Hands on operations experience with deep knowledge and experience in Telecom domain, deep understanding of the business environment, order to activation process, market dynamics, best practices and industry trends
Extensive travel to client sites required
