Primary Responsibilities:
? Analyze, develop technical solutions and code to meet business requirements
? Implements coding practices consistent with defined conventions
? Provides valuable insights in development code reviews
? Performs unit and comprehensive testing for overall quality assurance of functional and technical quality of deliverables
? Tracks the project status and communicates status to scrum team as appropriate
? Actively participates in all sprint meetings (Planning, Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review and Retrospectives)
? Assists in developing standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and profitability
? Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
? Providing accurate and timely estimates for technical tasks
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
? Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
? 4 + years of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle
? 3 + years of development experience with COBOL, CICS, IBM mainframe
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail

? Experience working with unit test plans and unit test cases
? Mainframe experience
? CICS experiance
? z/OS batch processing experience
? z/OS computer operations
