BI Developer
Long term Contract

We''re looking for a solid report/tool developer who can work independently and communicate clearly. This is similar to recent BI hires my team has had, but this one has slightly more focus on web development as that becomes part of our plans. Required Skills: C# (3+ years, recent) LINQ Entity Framework SQL (3+ years, recent) Relational database development experience Internal web development experience Ability to work independently Familiar with the SDLC and its implementation Can provide work examples of when and how the SDLC was used. Proven good communication skills Collaborative project history/project management experience/examples These are nice to have skills, but do not substitute for the requirements above: PowerBI ASP.NET MVC experience WPF development REST JavaScript
Perform ETL with T-SQL and U-SQL.
Troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
Develop and maintain PowerBI reports.
Develop C# .NET code to enhance ETL
3 year industry experience with SQL, PowerBI, DAX
3 year industry experience maintaining complex ETL system
Strong problem Solving and troubleshooting skill
Capable of Learning
Skills desirable : experience with Microsoft Cosmos / Scope / U-SQL / Azure Data Lake
Basic object oriented programing
familiarity with Azure, ADF a plus
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
