PROJECT: This is a IT Support project typically managing incident restoration for all priorities, Provide on-call support, drive the Technical solutions within war rooms, and work with Business partners on break fix issues.
This position designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and supports all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value
creating maintenance plans and setup log files to monitor jobs;
monitoring production jobs
extracting data from flat files and from relational database management system sources like Oracle and SQL server
designing Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) process using Visio tool and monitoring ETL processes from different sources using Unix scripts;
