Job Description :
As a Data Movement consultant you will be responsible for working with the data movement team in a support function for FTP/SFTP and Faxing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support, on call and maintenance of Enterprise Managed File Transfer middleware infrastructure
Create of Standards for infrastructure aspects of Enterprise Managed File transfer Middleware such as High Availability, performance tuning, troubleshooting.
Provide documentation for both production and disaster recovery procedures for each project, as well as take part in regular disaster recovery and business continuity tests.
Provides support and maintains written resolutions to problems
Researches, resolves and responds to escalated trouble tickets and end-user support calls. This includes reviewing and resolving assigned trouble tickets and effectively communicating status and resolution details to ensure user satisfaction and productivity.
Complete and adhere to regulatory requirement trainings in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
BS/BA and/or equivalent work experience
Related global custody or investment management operations and/or relationship management experience required
Business analysis/project management experience required including experience in the preparation of project plans and business requirements documents
Ability to compose, review, and edit written materials - most importantly business requirement documents, use cases, issue logs, project status documents, scope change documents, mapping specifications, test plans and test cases. Experience in working directly with clients and in a relationship management or client servicing capacity
Ability to manage on call situations for support after hours, when necessary
Strong Communications and Client Service Skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentially on working projects.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
