JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Organize business needs into ETL logical models and ensure data structures are designed for flexibility to support scalability of business solutions
Design, build and support ETL architectureutilizing Talendon AWS
Define and deliver reusable components for ETL framework.
Define optimal data flow for system integration and data migration
Monitor performance and recommend any necessary infrastructure changes
Integrate new data management technologies and software engineering tools into existing structures
Scope data opportunities including quality, optimization, testing and tooling to improve business results.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience with ETL Development, ETL Pipelines,
3+ years’ experience with Talend Data Integration: design, develop Talend ETL scripts, creating and deploying end to end Talend Data Integration solution
Ability to create and manage sophisticated Talend workflows that import, validate, and cleanse data from various sources including SQL databases, .csv files, and feeds (e.g. JSON, XML)
Strong knowledge and experience of SQL, Python
3+ years’ experience with AWS, andAWS Redshift, S3
Ability to design ETL solutions based on user reporting and archival requirements
Strong sense of customer service to consistently and effectively address client needs
Self-motivated; comfortable working independently under general direction
