Role Name: IAM Platform Administration Windows Senior Security Analyst

This position resides within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Infrastructure function, specifically within the Open Systems Infrastructure team which is responsible managing and troubleshooting security functions across AIG’s Active Directory, Windows Servers and Remote Access platforms.
The Senior Security engineers will have extensive security experience on Active Directory, Wintel servers and RSA SecurID platforms, such as account management, access control and privilege access management in a large corporation providing global support for users, preferably in the insurance or finance industry.
Experience working on Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP and native Microsoft tools
Security administration experience on the AD/Wintel platforms, such as account management, access control and privilege management
Prepares ad hoc reports (Active Directory share/group) as requested for SOX or Internal audit requests
Add/Modify/Delete Active Directory groups
Create/Modify/Delete File Folder and Shares
Home Directory creation/modification
Experience with Sailpoint Identity Management Systems
Experience in Remote Access administration and user provisioning using Radius and RSA SecurID
Maintain and update provisioning technical documentation
Provision privileged access IDs and support TPAM PAR requests
Experience with Quest TPAM system
Adding and Managing UserIDs, Systems, and Servers
Setting up Permission Hierarchy by assigning access policy to accounts, collections, systems, UserIDs, and Groups.
Adding and Managing collections containing systems and vaulted accounts
Adding and Managing vaulted accounts for password checkout
Setup of auto discovery of UserIDs and systems using LDAP Directory Mapping
Importing and updating large changes to systems and accounts using Batch Processing
Configuring Synchronized Passwords to allow multiple accounts, on different systems
Capable of creating on-demand reports for TPAM changes, listing of objects for troubleshooting configuration setup.
Develop, test and use PowerShell or Visual Basic/Perl scripts processing security access requests.
Monitors the environment for adherence to security standards
Review incident tickets (s) generated by the monitoring system
Performs troubleshooting activities and documents resolution
Creates documentation and schematics for the supported security environment
Analyzes client needs and implements problem resolution
Must be able to work during off hours and holidays when required


The role is responsible for providing IT security services for end users across the enterprise, while adhering to AIG’s security policy and security standards, including the knowledge of processes for the provisioning, & de-provisioning of access to active directory, windows servers and remote access and the usage of security tools to support these services.  Process elements include procedures, knowledge management, metrics, risk identification, as well as understanding of the catalog of service items. The candidate must have an understanding of service management, including incident and problem management and be able to work across multiple business units and technologies.

10+ years of IT security work experience in Active Directory & MS Windows Server Administration
Hands-on experience troubleshooting Identity Access Management solutions and services, with working knowledge of access control models across technologies
Experience with TPAM and Sailpoint Identity Management tools
Knowledge with CyberArk’s Privileged Account Security Solution is a plus
Knowledge with Radius and RSA SecurID support activities
Good understanding of LDAP
Good reporting and interpersonal skills required.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to work with clients that are geographically distributed worldwide.
Advance understanding of Logical User Access Provisioning, de-provisioning, and certifications standards, risks and controls
Must be customer centric with high standard of delivery
Knowledge in SQL database is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system for handling requests, incidents, and change management activities.
Knowledge of PowerShell or VBA scripting a major plus
