Development Lead / Java
Summary:
12+ years of experience with Technical Lead / Architect / Lead Developer, preferably 15+ years experience
Senior development lead with good understanding of below technologies:
Java/J2EE, Spring suite(MVC, Boot, Batch), REST webservices with minimum 5 years programming experience
Development lead with strong customer engagement skills like solutioning with customers, presentations, obtain customer buy in
Architecting the solution and frameworks
Engaging with senior technical architects and propose and implement solutions
Development Lead programming activities including guiding and mentoring development
Ability to guide team members and review their code.
Quickly develop solutions with little or no oversight. Need to be a self-starter, resourceful.
Knowledge of Big Data Technologies like Hadoop, Kafka, Hive, Spark
Desired
Amazon S3 knowledge is definitely an added advantage
Data Archiving Techniques
Angular JS is added advantage
Role :
- It is a heavy Programming role in solution development and implementation project. - Advanced programming skills and daily turnaround of code and deliverables needed
- Coordinate the team communication and provide mentorship to technical resources.
-Interact with management and provide status reports
- Troubleshoot production support issues post release deployment and come up with solutions. Ability to solve complex production issues

- Preferred location is NJ - Basking Ridge, Chicago, CT, Des Moines IA
- Any other location in US can be considered but need to come to office in that city. (It is not telecommute)
- Pacific time less desirable though due to timezone issue with rest of the team
