Title - Application Developer - SQL/SSIS

What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment

This position is for the Pathway application, it a P1 application. The application is critical to our nurse practitioners that visit and document on patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and on Hospice. This is a high impact application with short turn arounds to deliver results.
The position would be working incident tickets, defects and batch job monitoring with the ability to do tasks outside of these duties as assigned

Primary Responsibilities:
? Support incidents, problems, enhancements, and projects for Complex Care Management Applications
? Recommend, design and implement solutions for incidents, problems and small projects
? Conduct code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
? Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize processes
? Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed in a timely manner
? Effectively collaborate with numerous technology and business teams across multiple locations
? Drive problem resolution and document root cause.
? Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
? Create and maintain support documentation
? Participate in development activities to help ensure quality deployments into production
? Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity, and professionalism
? Rotating 24/7 On-call support
? Able and willing to work outside normal business hours to address critical issues
