Wealth Management Digital Channel Manager - {Open to candidates in Minneapolis. 


Responsibilities:
? Architect the Brokerage digital customer experience across online and mobile platforms to ensure an optimal end-to-end experience including user interface, back office/operations support, customer service, and communication
? Act as business proponent and brokerage digital channel manager for new online and mobile feature developments
? Write project definition document, direct business requirements process, manage digital product roadmap, and direct cross-functional teams to implement new capabilities and enhancements to online, mobile, and back office systems.
? Lead development and implementation of digital product enhancements working with vendors
? Manage design, development, implementation and enhancement of new or existing products supporting organization and business line objectives.
? Support ad-hoc needs related to brokerage digital channel
? Manage the development and maintenance of competitive analysis and market research of competing products and services to identify customer needs and trends.
? Manage the on-going research to track, monitor and analyze product performance.
? Contribute to the development of collateral material, training programs, operational procedures and systems requirements.
? Review strategic product and market perspectives; evaluating long term effects and anticipating changes.
? Ensure digital products meet state and Federal regulatory requirements and coordinate legal review of all supporting collateral materials and documentation.
