Salesforce Developer

Client is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in the design and implementation efforts of Salesforce features and capabilities supporting the Retail Payment Services Prepaid card division. Provides development of custom Salesforce objects, implements new features and enhancements, improves workflows, creates and modifies reports, etc. Provides project release direction and support including research, analysis, review, development, and implementation and monitoring of new or revised systems. Acts as a liaison for project release and typically performs analysis supporting the strategies and objectives of the business line. Compiles and analyzes information that is very detailed and often interpretive making project release recommendations based on the findings. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful completion, installation and implementation in accordance with needs.

Job Responsibilities
\t• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, refine, and document detailed business needs, features, and functional requirements
\t• Manage Salesforce business user change requests and enhancements from requirements to production deployment, including a traceability matrix
\t• Develop new/modify existing custom objects to include feature enhancements and improved workflow for users
\t• Implement data migration across objects and systems
\t• Coordinate and execute test plans
\t• Develop and maintain complex custom reports and dashboards
\t• Validate Salesforce rules and workflows

Basic Qualifications
\t• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent work experience
\t• 2-5 years'' experience configuring and managing Salesforce
\t• Financial services experience preferred
\t• Familiar with APIs
\t• Salesforce Certifications preferred
Preferred Skills/Experience
\t• Able to effectively analyze business problems and translate into technical requirements
\t• Understanding of project lifecycle including leading requirements gathering, technical and functional documentation, development, testing and training
\t• Solid understanding of Salesforce technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related processes and procedures
\t• Strong knowledge of validation rules, workflows, and custom objects
\t• Prefer knowledge of APEX API, APEX Triggers, and Visualforce pages
\t• Ability to manage source control, backups and restore, change control
\t• Proficiency in Salesforce administrative skills, such as creating users, profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and process builder
\t• Advanced understanding of the Salesforce data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items
\t• Experience in performing data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using Data Loader
\t• Prefer understanding of relational databases (SQL, Oracle, etc
\t• Able to work independently, lead a project team, and be results driven
\t• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels or the organization
\t• Experience with end-user support
