Job Description :
Organizational Relationships:
Reports to the Education Program Manager in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Works collaboratively with physicians, faculty, web developers, and other project team members.

Position Overview: (Major Functions and Non-Essential Functions):
Provides support for the development and maintenance of the digital education learning experience. Working with minimal direct supervision manages electronic content and functionality for the Cardiovascular Digital Education initiatives. Interacts with faculty and subject matter experts to gather information, manages content and associated assets (including images, video, hyperlinks, tables, etc, monitors and manages content workflow, documents changes to content, ensures adherence to timelines, manages user feedback. Leads testing, implementation, documentation of the Learning Management System. Serves as the digital education Super User, providing support and serving as a resource for customers. Must be collegial, responsive and flexible in a fast-paced environment. Completes other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: (Education Requirements and Experience):
Bachelor''s degree in healthcare, education, instructional design, or related field required. Experience researching and developing professional education for an online user experience required. Professional background in healthcare as a healthcare provider required. Experience reviewing and accurately synthesizing actionable information from medical literature, experience monitoring Web analytics and other indicators of user behavior required.


Specific Job Details: Responsible for obtaining and loading the cardiovascular digital assets into an learning management system for users who purchase digital education products. Digital assets are obtained from stakeholders including: physicians, video producer, and other education team members. They include powerpoint presentations, question databases, hyperlinks, and captured video. This position will also serve as a level II triage for users experiencing issues related to their access. Responsible for compliance with Mayo Clinic copyright requirements. Monday-Friday standard business hours.



Qualifications: Preferred prior experience in a content management website platform or learning management system. Prior background in instructional design may be helpful. Technically savvy. Bachelors degree required.
