MS-CRM Positions.

Location: Dearborn, MI

Contract/Contract To Hire/Full-Time

No. of Positions : 4 (1 Techno-functional and 3 developers)



Excellent Product Knowledge on MSFT Dynamics 365/CRM (certifications is must)
Proficiency in developing efficient Client side scripting using JQuery, Plug-In, Work Flows, Custom Business Processes and a fair level of knowledge in developing ASP.NET applications,
SSRS and SSIS Packages.
Manage the development of custom extension, integration and data migration components of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation
Experience on MS CRM Solution and design and expertise on various MSCRM functional modules (sales, marketing, service and others) , latest features and limitations
Analyze, Design the solutions for the requirements and transform the same in terms of configuration and a Design Document for Complex Custom extension components.
Multi-Tasker having ability to Track & Prioritize the offshore activities on top of the Client Site responsibilities.
Produce an Effective Estimation and
an effective high level plan to review & explain the client efficiently.
Technical hands on implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK, preferably on both online and on premise version along with good understanding of MS Azure platform.
Experience in preparation of FSD and Technical Design Document
Conduct Code & Test Case reviews as needed.
Experience in Application Administration, Incident Management & Triaging, Service Requests, Problem Management (Including Root Cause Analysis)
Work with various stakeholders including client presentations and POCs
Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage the client, Onsite-Offshore


As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sr.Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that is focused on the delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions for our clients. You will spend a majority of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in

enterprise-level environments.

You will perform activities such as:

- Elicit detailed functional / business requirements from users and sponsors.

- Create and communicate detailed requirements, solution proposals, business process designs (BPD) and business system designs (BSD) that meet the business needs

- Work on a large Dynamic s CRM 2016 project and transition into roles with increasing responsibility on the growing CRM team.

- Work with developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the

business needs.          

- Conduct functional testing of implemented applications, and provide the initial support of these applications when moved to production.

- Create and deliver documentation as necessary to ensure proper use of changed and newly implemented processes.

- Make software configuration changes to support business processes.

- Assist CRM Project Manager in status reporting and project milestone tracking.

- Assist in coordinating project activities and deliverables across other team members.

- Effectively plan and conduct transition activities of newly implemented functionality to appropriate teams

- Provide post-implementation support.

- Ability to document As Is processes and work with Business units to develop to Be processes

- Work with Business teams to gather and understand detailed functional requirements

- Work closely with IT teams to ensure CRM designs are aligned with Business objectives

- Assist in converting requirements into designs / configurations for CRM

- Develop testing, review and implementation plans with the CRM project manager, Business groups, user groups

- Provide post-implementation support for implemented solutions
