What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment Farm builds, automation enhancement, farm config/management automation, SharePoint special services farm builds and/or migration planning
IDEAL BACKGROUND: Highly experienced in infrastructure side of SharePoint farm design and build, server, performance and SQL optimization for SharePoint, custom authentication providers, service app publish/consume, experienced PowerShell scripting for admin and data management.
TOP REQUIREMENTS: Farm design and build, security/authentication and structure of SharePoint config/content in-depth: event cache, UPS, timer jobs/service, solution deployments, hive, alerts.
* What experience will set candidates apart from one another Project/client delivery in SharePoint end-to-end, skilled troubleshooter, performance optimization, PowerShell/scripting.
SOFT SKILLS: It''s a fast paced environment and at times project pipeline is slow or stop-start requires great communication skills, patience, and self-starter when pipeline is slow and we have opportunity to look for improvements we can make in what we have already delivered to Ops

o Analysis of situational difficulties and ability to provide practical, realistic and relevant solutions which can be delivered within the SharePoint Online, 2013 or 2010 framework
o Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements
o Participate in the gathering and documenting of requirements from non-technical SharePoint users
o Create functional design documents, translate the business requirements into system requirements, create a prototype of recommended solutions, demo to the users, and implement the solution
o Communicate Conceptual and Detail Designs to Client and Development Team
o SharePoint Upgrades ( 2010-2013-2016-Online)
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities
? 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint infrastructure and related technologies such as IIS, SQL, NTLM, Kerberos, Azure, Active Directory, DNS, F5, Ping Federate, SiteMinder
? 3+ years of System Architecture experience
? Experience with any of the following: SCOM, Splunk, SQL Server Always On, Metalogix ControlPoint and Content Matrix, Nintex Workflow and Forms, Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, SSIS, SSRS
? PowerShell scripting
What skills/attributes are a must have
