Total Experience : 12-15 Yrs

Detail:
5+ Years of experience as Scrum Master
Must be Scrum Master Certified from either CSM, Mountain Goat CSM, PMI or SAFe
Must have a detailed hands-on experience of SCRUM, XP, Kanban and Lean
Must have the understanding the purpose, process, challenges of all Scrum Ceremonies
Must have clear understanding of different roles and responsibilities of scrum teams
Must be effectively conduct the Scrum ceremonies
Must have experience in running distributed agile teams, its nuisances, solutions
Must have the working knowledge of tools like JIRA (at least), Ralley
Must have the understanding of all the reporting and artifacts necessary for running Scrum teams, updating senior leadership
Must have understanding of how large agile program runs
Must have understanding of how large agile program teams collaborates
Must have excellent soft skills
Collaboration within and outside the team
Conflict Resolution within and outside the team
Any technical experience is great to have
