? Performance Monitoring and Engineering / Analyst support for a growing and diverse monitoring tools team who focuses on Application and Infrastructure Performance and Digital Monitoring products
? Should have good grasp on the technical functionality and capabilities of the monitoring tools and monitoring disciplines and theory as well as inter-personal skills and requirements gathering to build solution options, as well as helping grow the monitoring tools & their solutions
? 5 or more years of experience in IT solution delivery
? 5 or more years of experience coordinating and leading IT projects
? Deep understanding of monitoring tools, concepts, and ideas
? Knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS/Managed, Dynatrace DCRUM, and Splunk
? Proficiency with business intelligence and IT reporting
? Gather Requirements, Capabilities and Features for Agile/DevOps teams to help them drive growth and change
? Work through gathered data to provide a list of solutions and vision for IT Business Owners and teams to implement and develop.
? Create product roadmaps, and executive dashboards
? Identify and solve business and technical problems
