Job Description :
As Business Systems Analyst, you will play a major role in developing, deploying and supporting Client’s internal business applications and system integrations. You will be a Kronos Systems Analyst, tasked with solving various problems over time. When the situation calls for it, you’ll be part of a team that implements Kronos for new time tracking compliance needs, configure Kronos, customize it, and design integrations with other internal systems. Other times, you’ll be primarily tasked with creating custom-built software.


Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations for Kronos Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling
Project manage multiple Kronos implementations at once, analyse business requirements, create solution designs, perform Kronos configurations for employee access, pay policy, accruals, holidays, notifications etc.
Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement solutions that improve internal business processes.
Work closely with application engineers to manage ongoing projects and translate business requirements into actionable solution designs, create detailed functional design, perform systems configurations and develop test cases and test plans.
Design internal solutions, with custom front-ends (web, mobile) and back-end services that automate business processes.
Transfer knowledge of the solution to a support team and Google development team

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of hands-on experience as Kronos Systems Analyst involved in development and testing of end to end time tracking solutions.  
Very strong Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement skills to seek inputs  on prioritization, present frequent status updates and manage overall progress in a fast paced and ever changing work environment.
Experience implementing, configuring, customizing and integrating internal systems and 3rd party solutions.
Experience designing internal business applications including front-end and backend
