Senior Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst responsible for very complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data using Tableau to report results. Must be able to train current staff and get them up to speed before contract end.
Senior Data Analyst / Reporting Analyst responsible for very complex reporting projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data using Tableau to report results. Position ensures integrity of collected data and leads the development of reports and tools that end users can use to interpret results, develop actionable insights and make recommendations for use across the company.
Responsibilities
\tAcquire data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting in Tableau
\tDevelop Tableau reports that present data in a clear and concise manner, allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions.
\tIdentify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action.
\tCollaborate with business partners to prioritize requests/needs.
\tCollaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis.
\tMeasure and monitor results of applied recommendations and present adjustments, if necessary.
\tEnsure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
\tEnsure that third party relationship management (TPRM) standards are followed for vendor relationship.
\tEnsure that department develops and follows procedures and controls for its various processes.
Basic Qualifications
\tBachelor’s Degree in a business, finance, computer science, economics or equivalent work experience.
\tEight or more years of data analysis, statistical analytics and reporting experience

\tAdvanced skills as Tableau Report developer
\tAdvanced skills in SQL
\tStrong analytic and report development skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results for insights.
\tAbility to data mine, analyze data, and present insights in a meaningful way.
\tAbility to develop and maintain strategic partnership with Senior Business unit management, business partners and project sponsors, as well as communicate effectively with business, and development teams, end users, and product owners.
\tExtensive hands-on data reporting experience with large data sets.
\tStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
\tStrong organization and project management skills.
\tExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
