Job Description:

Looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM), an in-charge for growing/developing our staffing support services.

Driving growth of our staffing services with Good Account Management Skills and Business Development Skills.

Generate New Accounts and Work with Existing Accounts to help sell staffing

Have the ability to train and present staffing services to sales teams across assigned territory

Demonstrates the ability to strategically map out account plans with Resourcing Teams

Lead efforts for staffing sales, demand generation campaigns, work with Client Talent Acquisition Teams

Analyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts that will drive efficient sales growth of staffing services

Responsible for accurate forecasting of staffing services for assigned regions

Responsible to help meet financial targets of staffing sales

Attend client functions and events to help drive staffing sales.

Handle confidential matters and information professionally

Conduct business in a professional, competent and ethical manner

Adhere to corporate policies and procedures

Willingness to travel to assigned territory

Ability to work across multiple groups

Knowledge and experience selling staffing or technology services

Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills

Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process

Possess ability to work independently as well as being a team player

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling staffing services solutions with significant business development responsibilities

BA/BS in Business, Management preferred

Sales leadership experience in Staffing Industry preferred

Basic understanding of technology
