Description:

As a member of the KYC team within ITEC/DCC, each BA is responsible for:


Work in team-oriented environment, developing and supporting business and transversal systems within ITEC.
Use Agile concepts for designing, testing, implementing and supporting KYC application software that is delivered on time and within budget
Proposing recommendations for process improvement
Give clear and consistent reports to the clients and management
Follow SG policies and procedures like change management, project governance and software configuration management.
Provide production support for existing applications.




Technical Skills




Strong analytical skills
Proven experience in Agile and TDD (Jira)
Knowledge of Database / SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus
Knowledge in developing modern web applications is a plus
Knowledge of Excel is a plus




Competencies:




Experience on KYC systems in a US bank
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive several and different contributors and stakeholders
Ability to work in an international and distributed team environment
Strong team player. Enjoy delivering solutions to the business
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proactive, innovative and passionate about technology
Meticulous capability to plan, organize and coordinate tasks
Ability to read and speak French is a plus




PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Required/Must have:

5 to 10 years experience in similar context
