PROJECT: This is a IT Support project typically managing incident restoration for all priorities, Provide on-call support, drive the Technical solutions within war rooms, and work with Business partners on break fix issues. The resource will be working with 4 other individuals both onshore and offshore.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7x24 by 365 bases
Conduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action plan
Work with team to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements
Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Providing accurate and timely estimates for tasks
Provide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution
Conduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Work with business to prioritize production issue resolution
Work with the IT Manager in process improvement initiatives as directed by the service

Spring Tiles Knowledge is a must, JAVA, windows 98/XP/2000/2007, Oracle, linux
