SalesForce Integration Test Lead
PROJECT:
This position is required to run the HouseCalls Salesforce Integration testing effort. HouseCalls is re-platforming to SalesForce. As part of this effort member Experience and Scheduling modules will go live at the end of the 2018. There is a vast amount of integration with existing Hawkeye Database ( Scheduler, APC), Data Warehouse and new/existing member files. All column mappings need to be tested for correctness and completeness End to End and requires an exhaustive integration testing. This individual will work with multiple scrum teams to capture all integration points and design End to End workflows that will be tested before we go live
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- Having solid experience testing on SalesForce Platform
- Having solid experience running Integration testing with testers from multiple scrum teams
* What experience will set candidates apart from one another Having worked in Agile methodology, experience with Rally, and experience documenting Integrated Test scenarios in Visio or similar tool.
SOFT SKILLS: Clear communication with multiple scrum/project teams to understand integration points. Being able to influence without authority.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
1) work with multiple scrum team to identify integration points
2) Understand Integration architecture ( ETL, Web Services, Database access, Data mapping, etc)
3) Put together an Integration testing Plan, design test scenarios and get approval from POs and work with testers to execute and report on progress
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities
1) Experience testing Salesforce Lightning and Marketing Cloud
2) experience coordinating Integration testing effort
3) Rally, UFT, Visio
