UAT Tester

Job Description – User Acceptance, Software Tester
This team provides a Salesforce CRM platform for internal use to US Bank resources. The candidate will join a dynamic team of SalesForce certified architects, developers, business system Analysts and admins to deliver superior quality CRM products. The candidate will:
\tLead the development of test scenarios/ test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT), production validation and regression testing.
\tFacilitate meetings with the Business and development teams to understand requirements.
\tPerform test execution independently and by shadowing the users while in the UAT Cycle
\tPerform regression testing of existing functionality when new software releases to the CRM platform and report findings.
\tOffer input to development on findings in the UAT and PROD environment when off release or between test cycles in a systematic and descriptive manner
\tProvide status reporting to Leadership and explain findings
\tTrack quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
\tSupport the Business Analysis team when required with defects / finding from prior projects
\tSchedule and prioritize work and activities to meet target schedule, quality,scope and cost objectives.
\tEnsure deliverables meet audit criteria
\tInteract with multiple test teams to ensure project objectives are being attained.
\tCreates Integrated Test Plans for large complex projects.
\tSalesForce Case testing
\tWork independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
\tBachelor''s degree with at least 5 years equivalent work experience.
Required / Preferred Skills & Experience
\tAt least 3 years Testing Salesforce /Salesforce1 Apps
\tExperience on QA defect tracking system HP - ALM Quality Center v 12.53
\tExperience on VersionOne (Agile ALM & DevOps) a plus
\t1- 2 years testing experiencer in an AGILE software development environment
\tWork estimation and capacity planning
\tKnowledge of test case automation preferred
\tWealth Management application experience - Wealth Station, Money Guide Pro
\tThorough knowledge of the System development life cycle & SQA methodologies
\tExperience in designing, planning and execution of testing strategies
\tFinancial services industry experience
\tStrong collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
\tExperience with Salesforce application testing
\t2-3 year experience with User Acceptance Testing
\tKnowledge of QA techniques: boundary analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, etc
