Position: Global Access Management/  Service desk with User management experience.

Job Description:


Become a technical leader on the Global Access Management team.
The individual is also responsible for responding to Escalation Issues & documenting them.
The role reports to the End User Support Manager, and will be responsible for documenting the all processes and changes for the GAM team in all areas.
The individual will be working closely with the management team, Security and Compliance personnel, application developers and other administrators. This person will also be responsible for making sure all Privileged controls are in place and are being adhered to by all team members and Leidos Staff.
The individual will also be responsible for overseeing the provisioning of all accounts & de-provisioning accounts with appropriate client tools
Eagerness to lead and contribute in a team-oriented environment and possess analytically skills in a problem-solving environment


Qualifications


Experience Competencies (Behaviours and Technical Skills)
Minimum 5 years of experience managing, supporting or administering packaged or custom User access solutions.
Minimum 5 years’ professional work experience in a large organization analysing or leading an GAM team
Experience with Behavioural Analytics tools is a plus
Experience with User Provisioning Onboarding, RBAC Authorization models, SSO Active Directory
Proven ability to work in a Global Account Security or Identity Access Management program


Education


Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred (e.g. Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering)


Good to have Certs


Industry-adopted security certifications preferred (CIAM, CIPA, Security+, etc.…)
