Developer has to explain APPIAN very well
Databases experience who can read and write the complex queries
Have experience with integration of Appian with webservices and Data bases
Able to understand and decode java as they have lots of Java plugin
Create process flow in Appian
around 2-5 years of experience is ideal ( not focused on yrs. of expr)
