DCIM TOOLS – LEAD SPECIALIST
We are looking for a specialist with a unique skillset in support of the DCIM Tools Team.
In this role, you should have a background in Systems Administration, Data Center Infrastructure Management, SQL Development and BI Platforms.
The Specialists Primary Responsibility:
-Backup Lead Specialist in support of the DCIM Tools and their customers.
Core Responsibilities
-Support Customer issues with DCIM Tools. (Aperture Vista, PowerIQ, Raritan Power Strips, IPatch and WebCtrl Applications
-Maintain and support existing BI Dashboards and Reporting
-Maintain and support Servers supporting the DCIM Tools. (Hotfixes, Patches, Break fix, Upgrades, etc
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
-Prior Systems Administration experience supporting Windows based environments.
-Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
-Proven experience with Tableau and Crystal Reports.
-Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
-Prior experience supporting Intelligent Power Strips is a PLUS.
-Experience writing and supporting .bat files, pearl scripts, etc…
-BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field preferred.
