Job Title: UX Designer 40/hr on C2C)
Location Morrisville, NC
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description:
1. Rapid Prototyping-Fluent with design sketching, diagramming, writing scenarios, rapid prototyping tools, e.g., Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc 2. Well-versed in user-centered design methods and experience conducting and presenting user research3. Solid understanding of user-centered web design principles including responsive design4. Experience with Lean UX Testing
. Identify opportunities to create business value and improve the call center user experience (based on user research); organize opportunities into visually compelling blocks/diagrams2. Define best practices and standards related to persona development/behavioral segmentation; coach BT specialists to align personas/segmentation with business process flows3. Drive and own the development of user scenarios and ensure that they are derived appropriately from real user experiences; ensure that scenarios respond to key user needs and illustrate key business opportunities4. Drive the development of frameworks that describe key aspects of a proposed experience, and how it reconciles business and user needs; execute top-level deliverables based on user-centered design techniques5. Plan, lead, and facilitate design thinking workshops, usability testing, user research
5. Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients and co-workers6. At least 7+ of industry experience preferably in the call center management/services industry7. Bachelors degree preferred in design-related discipline: Interaction, Information or Interface design; Design Planning; Graphic Design
