Job Requirement/Qualifications:
The Sr. Architect - Digital Solutions is responsible for the architecture, technology, and solutions that enable a personalized, consistent, and engaging consumer experience across all digital assets. This critical role, reporting directly to the Director Digital Tech Delivery, works closely with key senior business and technology partners, as well as strategic vendors, to provide the roadmap necessary to engage with our members via mobile, web, and other digital vehicles.
Deep hands-on experience building/maintaining mobile applications and web solutions
Drive technical solutions for Digital implementations (including consideration for maintenance and enhancements, production support and technology upgrades)
Be accountable for the technical direction of the design, development and Implementation of a solution, ensuring sustainable and measurable continuous improvement is achieved.
Partner with other IT functions (e.g., architecture, security, infrastructure, data warehouse) to assess impacts of their initiatives and ensure with technical solutions are aligned with overall IT direction.
Keep stakeholders well informed of status of development effort and serve as liaison between developers and business partners.
Communicate complex technical topics to non-technical resources and leadership. Provide technical guidance on alternative approaches to issues that arise. Document and articulate complex solutions via diagrams and presentations.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the organization in delivering Digital solutions.
Provide resource & effort estimations and work closely with developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers to deliver optimal solutions.
Develop proof of concepts for business areas to showcase core capabilitiestfunctionalities within Digital domain.
Coach, Mentor and influence IT and business stakeholders on how best to leverage the Digital platforms/solutions and maximize business value.
Provide the conduit between the business and the technical resources to ensure technical design, development and testing meet the needs of the business
Ability to thrive on virtual teams comprising onshore/offshore and local/remote
Additional Job Description elements:
MEAN stack understanding/usage API Management tools and familiarity with RESTful API development.
Mobile development (hybrid and native) and web development; including tools (JIRA, GIT)
