Basic knowledge on Infra
Change Management process
Web App Support
Monitoring Tools
Perform Application Sanity Test or Smoke Test
Basic knowledge on Financial domain, banking file formats (Nacha, MT 101, MT xx )
Looking for consultants with infrastructure support , application support of web applications, application support of mobile applications, support of front end ,support of service layer.
Must have Experience building support dashboards oneself.
He should have built Tools/ Script by himself for support
