Description:

Training, communications, and creating the framework for managing the effects of new HR processes, changes in organization structure, or cultural changes within the enterprise
Establishing accountability across project teams
A concrete plan for measuring success and follow-up plans for both successful and unsuccessful results.
General Management:
Working experience managing multiple HRIS/HCM/Workday deployments
Working experience managing multiple, or end to end programs/ERPS – with multiple tracks, integration and conversion
Manage business relationships involved in the establishment and ongoing management of complex, large scale projects, which are highly strategic and/or have cross organization impact.
Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiation
Develop and drive project reporting processes, tools, data and presentations.
Manage the content of the project in addition to tracking plan status.
Conduct PM quality controls to ensure project team is accurately reporting status, plans, issues and risks.
Develop and manage project plans.
Diagnose project issues and risks and manage mitigation plans
Monitor and execute change control for projects.
Prepare executive presentations and governance forums.
Prepare project reports for cost, time and resource metrics by project for executive teams.
Develop and drive budget plans, tracking, reporting and change requests.
Manage project budgets, including resource tracking.
Work with stakeholders across multiple lines of business, managing resource supply and control delivery prioritization and outcomes relating to these groups.
Uses tools from multiple frameworks or methodologies that best fit project management scenario
Skilled in multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative)
Change management and organizational change management experience
Education BA/BS in Business Management, Communications, MIS, or related field

CSM certification
PMP Certification
ITIL certification
PPM knowledge (Workfront, Clarity, or Client)
Specialized or technical knowledge & skills • Self-directed, polished professional who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment.
Proven ability to estimate task duration for all project resources
Ability to identify and close issues quickly and effectively
Strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills
Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
Established track record of delivery in a high stress, complex environment against aggressive timelines
Extreme attention to detail and ability to work independently
