We are looking for a CA Single Sign-On and CA Federation Support Specialist (formerly SiteMinder) to be a part of our team of client-facing experts to help drive support processes, customer service, and solution building. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experienced technical depth of knowledge in specialty area (CA Single Sign-On and CA Federation) with sound knowledge and understanding of complementary, supporting, and dependent software, products, and infrastructure services.
Develop and deliver secure, well architected, stable, sustainable, supportable solutions within project timelines; adhering to required client policies, procedures, and best practices.
Identify potential risk, vulnerability, or contention for scheduled activities, service vulnerabilities, or project inhibitors and notify engagement team and management of any situation or area of concern.
Produce accurate, brief, and clearly written documents tailored to audience needs and expectations.
Promptly identify, manage, and resolve issues in the CA SSO and related environment.
Ability to quickly assess and understand business requirements and user issues and drive to timely resolution as appropriate.
Candidate should be a solid team contributor and work well with others, as well as possess ability to work individual assignments with minimum guidance.
Prepare technical documentation and root cause analysis reports in accordance with client standards.
Prepare and deliver regular Timesheet, status reports, updates, and communication to the client and SDG management.
Be a proactive member of the on-call team.
Build positive relationships with internal professionals and client personnel by demonstrating integrity, a positive attitude, and consistent teamwork.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Candidate must have at least 5+ years of experience with CA Single Sign-On (formerly SiteMinder), inclusive of current supported releases 12.x/12.5x. Experience with SiteMinder release 6 a plus.
Candidate much possess expert level proficiency with the installation, configuration, and trouble-shooting for Policy Server and Agents (including the installation and configuration of all CA Product prerequisites
Candidate must have expert level knowledge of Agent configuration parameters and agent integration with various web server platforms on Windows and UNIX/Linux/Solaris
Experience with ERP Agents and Secure Proxy Server a Plus.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of high performing technical team that delivers exceptional quality services.
Strong technical skills designing, documenting, supporting, and implementing CA Single Sign-on and CA Federation projects.
Experience planning and performing migration from SiteMinder R6 and R12.0 to R12.5x, including guiding application remediation and testing activities.
Must be capable of integrating and supporting SiteMinder in a complex portfolio of applications spanning a broad technology spectrum, including .NET, JAVA Applications/Application server integration, SharePoint, and Class ASP applications.
Must be proficient configuring SiteMinder to provide multiple authentication levels and methods.
Candidate should have experience working with SiteMinder APIs and SiteMinder ASA.
General knowledge of SQL, LDAP, Active Directory, ADAM, TCP/IP, Routers, Load balancers, WebSphere/WebLogic plug-in, Tomcat/JBOSS, experience in Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012.
Strong understanding of Web/Middleware security practices and tools.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
Ability to work with virtual teams spanning multiple geographies, cultures, and time zones.
Must be proficient with general operating environment navigation on Windows and UNIX platforms.
Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English


Desired skills:

Experience implementing and supporting SAML-based Federation technologies (SiteMinder, PING, or other) and/or Active Directory Federated Services is also a plus.
Able to use SiteMinder API calls, develop custom code for SiteMinder integration as needed, and assist application teams in integrating various applications with SiteMinder; reviewing code and recommending code or SiteMinder configuration changes as needed.
Knowledge of programming in ASP, Perl, Java, & Shell/VB/Java scripts.
Experience with implementation and administration of multi-factor and adaptive authentication products such as; CA Advanced Authentication, CA Risk Authentication, CA Risk Analytics, (Formerly AuthMinder and RiskMinder) RSA Adaptive Authentication, or other similar products.
Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory.
Knowledge of any Identity Management Product.
Knowledge of Webserver technologies; Microsoft IIS, Apache, Other.
Knowledge of Application Server technologies; WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBOSS, other.
Knowledge of CA Products (other than Policy Server and Standard Web Agents) related to the CA Security technology family of products.
Hands on experience performing SiteMinder Agent integration with Application Servers.
Hands on experience with ERP agent integration.
Hands on experience implementing CA SharePoint SSO Agent.
Hands on experience with Secure Proxy Server implementation.
Candidate should have solid UNIX/Linux/Solaris Administration, trouble-shooting, and SH, KSH, BASH, and/or PERL, TCL, or other scripting skills.


Education Requirement:

Bachelor''s Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred.
