Job Title Tech Lead for IBM WCS(WebSphere Commerce Suite )
Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) 4+ Years of WCS Experience
Technical/Functional Skills Hands-on experience with utilizing various sub systems of Websphere Commerce Server i.e Catalog, Order, Member etc
Strong Java J2EE experience
Database Programming Skill
End-to-end experience in software development life-cycle and familiar with agile methodologies
Knowledge in WCS all versions and new SOA framework
Executed at least 2 WCS end-to-end implementation
Technical leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
Ability to abstract detail into larger (repeatable) patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques
Experience Required Overall 8+ years in Java/J2EE with 4+ Years of IBM WCS(WebSphere Commerce Suite ) Ecommerce Project in Retail industry
Roles & Responsibilities Tech Lead for IBM WCS, with Strong Design and implemenation experience in Websphere Commerce v7.0
Should be able to create blueprint designs / architecture landscape’s for complex ecommerce eco systems
Strong understanding of Websphere commerce architecture and able to provide right design decisions
Experience in Integrating , designing and developing custom solutions within Websphere Commerce
Generic Managerial Skills Good Communication and Analytical skills
Education Bachellors or Masters in Computer Science / Applications / Relevant degree
